I don’t think there’s a way you can observe the live draft. The results will all be visible, post-draft, around Christmas 2027.

I’m all for capturing the trash talk on CT and leaving evidence to reference during the season. The closest we’ll ever get to putting your money where your mouth is
Word of caution - just looked at Yahoo’s pre-draft rankings, and they are completely screwed. If you haven’t saved from there, it should default to the current X-rating, in-draft for those who aren’t present. The X-ratings should yield much better results.
Yeah, I just looked at the yahoo rankings. I’ll do my best to make the draft. Nothing worse than running a team with players you don’t want.
I haven’t missed a live draft in a while, but you can always trade your way into a team more to your liking… heck, I don’t think I’ve ever left a live draft w/o a few players I didn’t really want 😂

Gets dicey right around the middle of the 1st Round. Lol

Total Crapshoot after the 3rd Round.

I need to start watching more than just The Cards.

Who the F are these people?
Yikes… this is definitely going to be a learning experience for you

Good luck!

Dang, you’re right. I’ve been looking through the players page on the league recently, thinking those were the rankings. The pre-draft rankings are completely different than that.
I’ve found the lists on the the players page ARE the rankings. AFAIK the pre-draft rankings do nothing… haven’t found a way to even make them visible during a live mock draft.

Should I just go to youtube and find a video on fantasy baseball? Is Yahoo the only one that offers the service. I'd like to try and partake when you guys do it again.
There’s a ton of different services.

If you want to try your hand at it, you can start a free account with most of them and join a public league.

Okay, but is the yahoo one the best? I’ll have to check it out.
Yahoo has been my preference for live draft & trade rotisserie for a very long time. Some of their recent changes could push me to change allegiance…

I guess we’ll know if something has gone terribly wrong if someone drafts Harper round #1 🤪

mattmitchl44 wrote: 10 Mar 2024 13:32 pm It's almost impossible to find a mock draft with 15 teams and our 6x6 matrix.

Should be interesting to see exactly how this plays out.
Not sure about 6x6, but AOF managed to find some 15-team mocks on fantasy pros.

I think the mix of people we have involved could make the draft a bit unpredictable… yes, it will be interesting.

They will be draftable. I’ve noticed some other omissions from their pre-draft rankings, but they’re on all their other lists and in the draft room.

I whiffed badly on 3B (Michael Busch... 8O ) and I think my rotation is an absolute boom or bust.

First time drafting in a league this big, I feel pretty good.
