Predict the NL East

Nym 94 wins
Phi 87 wins
Atl 85 wins
Mia 83 wins
Wsn 69 wins

I guess Miami is the team that has the chance to surprise but I can't see them overtaking Philly or Atlanta just yet. Philly could've done more, Arenado would have looked great there. I wonder if he ends up there anyway at the deadline when Az is out of it and they can bring Arenado back to the trade market with his much reduced 11m owed over two years.

The Mets look pretty well stacked don't they. Luis Robert Jr looks like the player to watch. Wonder if he can hit for power again with the pressure taken off in that lineup.

I think the Cards match up best with the Nats

I think the Braves will rebound this year, and challenge the Mets for the lead throughout the season. But I tend to agree that the Mets will finish on top. Phillies slide to 3rd

2 injured, their starting staff is a mess with injuries

Maybe. But they’ve always had a deep farm system for pitchers. I just think that the Phillies are getting too old

My prediction is same as last year :

A. the 1st place team will once again win the most games in the division
B. The 5th place team the fewest wins
C and 2nd thru 4th will have less than 1st but more than 5th

Actually, i have gone with that prediction formula for nearly a decade now and never missed yet.
Since being on a 10 year hotstreak no sense to change now.

Feel free to use my formula and see if it works as well for you . In Vegas , for a $1,000 bet they offered me $1,001 if I got it right! The winnings is stacking up slowly ! After 10 years, that stack of 1's is starting to get fairly high.

I’m not smart enough to participate in an exercise such as this.

Neither am I. But I think this will be the closest divisional race with the top three within four games of each other. Miami will be around .500.
