2026 Cardinals Hall of Fame

It seems a bit ridiculous to me that there is even a vote this year. Options: Pujols, Molina, Brian Jordan, George Hendrick. I like Jordan and Hendrick, but does anyone think they’re getting voted in over Pujols or Molina? Also, you can only vote for one. I think this should be an exception year where they just induct Pujols and Molina automatically, then either leave it at that, or let us vote on one additional player.

DeWitt should just decree those two go in together.

Nice idea, but "one additional player" would be overshadowed by Albert and Yadi.

George (my third pick this year) can wait another year, and perhaps Jordan can join him as well in 2027.

Do we really think these two are worthy of being members of the Cardinals' Hall of Fame?

I would say that Molina and Pujols both should go in this year and no vote next year but I think George Hendrick is deserving and should be inducted while still living! George Hendrick turns 77 years old this year and is greatly underrated! From 1980-1983 (four seasons) Hendrick averaged over 24 home runs, 113 RBI and 32 doubles per 162 games. He is on the Cardinals all time leaderboards in several categories.

Put Pujols and Molina in and call it a day.

It would be silly if Molina has to wait one year because they only induct one a year, and then he potentially gets voted in first ballot to the actual hall of fame...just auto them both in. If you had a list of top ten Cards of all time, they both would be on the list.

This should be the ultimate exception.

Also, Waino is next year…

Any team's HOF is a glorified marketing exercise with "by-laws" not worth the paper they're written on.

Don't be dummies. Induct Pujols and Yadi together. Sell a bunch of tickets. Profit on the glory.

While Albert and Yadi are no-brainers, I do hope Silent George gets in while he's still around. In addition to having 5+ very good years with the Cards, he also fetched John Tudor in trade with the Pirates. Cards ended up getting the best years from both players, kinda like Templeton and Ozzie.

Molina is not in the top ten Cards of all time.
He's closer to 20 than 10.

Albert Pujols is so much more deserving than molina…

For Puhols to have to share the day with another does not recognize his singular greatness…

4X All Star
2X Silver Slugger

Way better than Ray Lankford. So yes George is good enough for the Cardinal HOF.
