I'm sure the owners would never collude, but lo and behold each franchise is playing the part needed of them going into the most transformational CBA the sport has ever had. And they have to start showing Skenes that they are behind him. I think Pitt is ready to challenge for the central.
It helps the Pirates and probably pushes the Cards into last place. With their pitching a little more offense will make them a lot tougher.
