Two of the best prospects in the all of the Minor Leagues....both currently under 20yo....Griffin and Hernandez.
We need a couple of those....5 Tool hitters, 4 pitch arsenal with epic control....yeah, we need a couple of those

To go along with "lesser prospects" Chandler and Florentine.

It's interesting that the Rays are #5. I actually don't like their system very well as a whole.

Rock, I appreciate your knowledge and enthusiasm. After so many years of ownership indifference, it is difficult to trust them. I grew up during Gussie’s best era, 1960’s, and summers were fun, because he tried to win and loved baseball. The 1960 Yearbook has a picture of him shagging flies during spring training! I know he did some crazy stupid stuff, like trading Carlton, etc. Be well, everyone. Too cold in Columbus.

Also with 3 picks in the top 50 and 6 in the top 86, another opportunity to strengthen that farm system. I know patience is a virtue and I don’t have a lot of it but there’s some things to look forward to. Most aren’t looking forward to 2026 and most aren’t painting the rosiest of pictures for this season but I’m looking forward to seeing this group grow.
Also with a payroll of a scant 65 million dollars there is room to invest in the teams future. The wait and see is tough but hopefully there’s a silver lining out there.

“All things come to him who waits, but he who hesitates is lost.” The paradox.

I'm not sure I agree the Cardinals are up to #2, but they are definitely in the conversation. Excited to see this!

The saying 'Rome wasn't built in a day ' may apply.
Of course , you always have those that don't see it completed in two days start to complain quite a bit.
