This tweet appears to contain a screenshot from r/cardinals but the post is nowhere to be found on r/cardinals. I know OP doesn't believe in fact checking, but this one is [nonsense]. As is often the case.

MLB trade rumors is reporting that Angels are interested in Arenado. If the Cardinals could somehow acquire Moore in the deal, it would be mind blowing! I can see the Angels wanting to move Soler, and I could see the Cardinals doing so instead of just eating money, but to also get Christian Moore is hard to fathom! But it is the Angels so……

LOL. On BTV, there actually is a trade of STL Arenado and $30M to LAA for Soler and Moore.

It would have sounded crazy but the poster proved himself a liar when he said he was yelling a lot and didn’t sound happy. If arenado isn’t happy with a trade it doesn’t happen he just wouldn’t waive his NTC. Still a hilarious post though

I did not hear a lot of trade rumors on Contreras going to Boston before it actually happened. So trade rumors don’t mean anything.

Yes, it is, but years ago a fan called a sports open line program on KMOX and said he heard the Cardinals had just traded for Don Kessinger. It proved to be true, and the fan announced it before Kessinger found out about the trade.
