Apparently, the Red Sox aren't going to re-sign Bregman. I've read the Red Sox are interested in getting Arenado. The Red Sox seem to like acquiring Cardinals' veterans. And they seem to like doing business with Bloom. Maybe it's a good match for a deal.

Would the Red Sox do this deal for Arenado? Sending Casas to the Cardinals in exchange for Arenado and half his owed salary. Casas may be available now that the Red Sox have Contreras for 1B. Would Bloom do this deal?

Arenado would be a great fit in Fenway. He can go back to his pull happy swing with the monster in left.

If they miss out on Bregman they likely focus on Bichette or Marte to play second base and have Mayer play third. They need a more impactful bat than Arenado. They need another big bat as most of their existing players are complimentary pieces except for Anthony.

Wonder if the Angels is the most likely trade partner for Arenado?

Source(s)? Link(s)?

You’ve previously posted other virtually identical OP/threads with this same claim, but you never provide any evidence. While other teams may be interested in Bregman, that doesn’t necessarily mean the Red Sox aren’t going to re-sign him.

Arenado could set a record for most line drives hit off the wall where runner gets thrown out sliding into 2nd base.
Nado’s lack of speed may result in some outs with his slow base running these days.
Red Sox fans may groan as some hard smashes result in outs or Arenado playing it safe and taking a single.
They will quickly realize the Green Monster may not be too friendly for Nado.
