For a team that is supposed to be rebuilding there sure is a lot of building that isn’t happening. We did not even send a top five prospect to AFL if I’m not mistaken.
They're not building on a new site. They're rebuilding on an existing site. They had to get the architectural plans together. Re-build some of the infrastructure surrounding the site. Tear down the old. Get the foundation laid.
