Rosenthal: Ketel Marte has five teams on his no-trade list:
Athletics
Yankees
Pirates
Giants
Cardinals
At any point in history before MO decided to drive this org into the Mississippi …….would a Ketel Marte put the Cards on his No-Trade list
My sympathies are with you Mr. Bloom

You honestly think Kete Martel l was the answer to put us into the world series? I would bet big bucks Mr. Mo could have got him if that was the truth. He was great and this is garbage.

Whether he would put us over the top or not isn't the point. When good players don't want to come here- that's a problem.

Yea we're rebuilding. People with no trade clauses don't go to teams that are rebuilding. You have a weird fascination with Mo so much so that you have to constantly troll to keep bringing him up.

Under whose leadership has this team been transported back to the lows of early 90’s and 70’s baseball??
Good players didn’t used to put the Stl Cardinals on No Trade lists. They WANTED to come here.
If you can’t find the correlation perhaps the dialogue on this forum is too complicated for you……

Why are the Yankees on his no trade list? They are the premier team in MLB.

There are numerous motivations and strategies employed by players and their agents when selecting team for their limited no trade list. One of them is choosing bad teams that you don't want to play for. Others involve choosing the teams you do want to play for and/or are likely to be traded to so that you have leverage in trade discussions (team trading you needs your approval, you can negotiate a option to be exercised or even an extension, etc. in exchange for accepting the trade), sometimes you don't choose certain teams because you know they won't trade for you (bottom dwellers).
It's not like the list was the Rockies, White Sox, Nationals, Pirates and Cardinals. The Giants and Yankees were on the list as well (along with the A's and Pirates). Pretty hard to discern a pattern with those selections, IMO.

weird, uneducated post. this from someone who did not like Mo's last 10 years. Why would a veteran in his prime want to come to a clearly re-building organization? be better.

Um, I think it's your leadership! If you morons would or could put 3 or 4 million in the stands and root for these guys they would DEFINITELY want to be here! But all you do is bash and hate. Right?

Just the other day you railed against the current state of the team. Now you’re all “Mr. Mo” and how great he was? Do you not see a correlation between the current state and the guy who made all the decisions? He was successful during his early years, which happened to coincide with Mr. TLR’s tenure.
I will also be critical if Bloom doesn’t make any effort to field a competitive team and just takes the tank strategy, which rarely ever works anyway. He’s only been in charge for a few months though so too soon to tell. If he doesn’t get the same payroll support from ownership then it still won’t be a fair comparison. In that case, I think your argument would be with ownership instead of management.
As far as fan support goes…winning always fixes that. Except for the poor Rays. They just need to move.

BINGO
Hopefully that had a lot to do w/Mo (and likely Oli who was listed at the bottom of MLB Managers a players survey said they wanted to play for, yet another reason he must be gone after 2026).

Obviously it doesn't need to be spelled out. All you do is whine and complain like a pubescent female. Most of the dialogue on this forum is trolling to complain and not talk logical baseball. Trust me the dialogue on this forum is the exact opposite of complicated. We get it. The point was you're a one trick pony. Bashing Mo is old and tiresome.

I sincerely and respect your comment, at least you you are humble enough to talk some sense and be human.
So really, what do you all think is possible and want?
