Probably not.
Bell's not that good, and neither are the Twins. I don't think this takes anyone out of the Contreras market, nor does it likely put more people into the Contreras market.
If they were already looking at Josh Bell, then they're probably not a place Willson would go to.

Yeah, at this point in his career, Josh Bell is not a market mover.
The only question is was any other team looking at Bell that now would be forced to shift to another 1B option? But any other bargain hunters will not ante for Contreras anyway. And Bell was not someone anyone looking for a stronger option would have gone for anyway.
