We’d be better off if they were division rivals… San Fran & LA or Seattle and Houston or Texas. Or if Donovan was Asian…Galatians221jb1 wrote: ↑13 Dec 2025 20:49 pm https://x.com/katiejwoo/status/2000032898607681802?s=46
In other news. Woo's sources have revealed the sun rises in the east.....Galatians221jb1 wrote: ↑13 Dec 2025 20:49 pm https://x.com/katiejwoo/status/2000032898607681802?s=46
I haven't said this all offseason, but if that is all the return is, I'd rather keep Donovan, and I'm someone who firmly believes he should be traded.opti mist wrote: ↑13 Dec 2025 21:08 pm But the Giants could be just as aggressive in their pursuit. Several top prospects have been discussed in negotiations, including infielder Gavin Kilen and left-hander Carson Whisenhunt, according to a league source. It’s believed at least two organizational prospects will be required to land Donovan, who has acquired interest from over half the league.
Would make far more sense to demand Miller +1.Whatashame wrote: ↑13 Dec 2025 21:23 pm I read somewhere earlier today, and I wish I could remember where, that Seattle had no interest in moving their top pitching prospects. A maybe on Cijincte but had interest in moving some of their hitting prospects.
Not as high on Cijincte as some of their other prospects but getting a couple of high end outfield prospects might be just as important. I read the Yankees were interested and had pitching prospects to offer. Just waiting to see how this all plays out.
They debated all season this year about whether he should have surgery, or not. "Rest" was prescribed. Count me out.Melville wrote: ↑13 Dec 2025 21:24 pmWould make far more sense to demand Miller +1.Whatashame wrote: ↑13 Dec 2025 21:23 pm I read somewhere earlier today, and I wish I could remember where, that Seattle had no interest in moving their top pitching prospects. Matt Pierpont, the Cardinals' director of pitching, came over from the Seattle so he should know them well.kyace wrote: ↑13 Dec 2025 21:10 pm I said a while back an offer of Cijntje, Celesten and Becker. Two 55 grade prospects and a very young 2025 second round pick. Maybe leave out Becker and add comp pick.
I hope he goes to the Mariners as I am a fan of their team. I could continue to root for him and he is what they need to improve their team.
There's more than 1 reason Seattle probably won't deal from their MLB rotation. I will be surprised if that changes. To be honest I'd be surprised if any team deals a top 3 without a lot of depth and or a bigger trade.Talkin' Baseball wrote: ↑13 Dec 2025 21:31 pmThey debated all season this year about whether he should have surgery, or not.
