I read Ray's have talked to Dbacks about a Shane Baz and Ryan Pepiot trade for Marte. Early indication is that is not enough. Sure Donovan is not the player like Marte, but would Ray's be interested in Donovan, Pages, Pallante offer for those 2 SPs?

I think it would take a lot more than that. I don't see how adding Pages and Pallante enhances the deal?

How about Caminero?

Whoever gets Marte will feel it. The team that doesn't get him
or is unwilling to pay could pivot. If the Cards matched up with them, I think
that I'd TB them. Get a prospect and Pepiot who has 3 years.
They have some RHP a little further out that be worth a shot.
Let them keep Baz.
