LeMoyne is in my neighborhood.
It used to be a type of Baseball factory. A couple guys drafted every year.

Not sure how that matters. The guy we lost today in the rule 5, Cade Winquest, is 25 and pitched at high A Peoria to a 4.52 ERA. The rule 5 is about lottery picks, not current all stars. You don’t have to keep them. It’s a lottery ticket. They saw something they liked and took a chance.
