Actually, I would be fine with Oli staying on as manager. I know everyone wants to blame the manager, but he doesn't hit nor pitch and I'd like to see what he could do with major league quality players.

You mean like having the NL MVP (Goldy)..............NL 3rd place finisher in MVP voting (NADO), a future 1st ballot Hall of Famer (Albert) who hit 24 HR's and posted an .895 OPS and another future Hall of Fame catcher (Yadi)?

So he had (likely) FOUR HALL OF FAME players in that 2022 lineup and he chocked away Game 1 vs the Phillies due to his inept managing.
