Royals Hoping To Add Multiple Outfielders
By Steve Adams | December 8, 2025 at 11:12am CDT

The Royals are known to be evaluating the trade market for outfielders, with president of baseball operations J.J. Picollo recently signaling a willingness to trade from his rotation depth to bring in some outfield help. Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports that Kansas City is looking to acquire multiple outfielders this offseason — ideally one via trade and another via free agency. Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports that free agent center fielder Harrison Bader is a target for the Royals. Austin Hays is also on the team’s radar, per Heyman.

Probably true at the moment but could result in a deal later. Like spring training or mid summer.

Not sure India or Massey necessarily are in stone, and they as stated need multiple OF.
His .775 OPS puts him in good company for LF. 100 points over Lars.

When asked, Cards telling interested teams that Noot’s doctors say he should ‘heel’ just fine .

I would rather trade with a team like the Dodgers, who seem to have an abundance of wealth. What would it take to get outfielder prospect Mike Sirota and LH pitching prospect Jackson Ferris. Probably not possible, but one can dream.
