Well, it is the days just prior to Christmas.

I'm definitely hoping for some turnover. Don't want to see more of the same prospects who have been failing.

Card fans need something new to get excited about.

I hope Chaim finds some players who are about to bloom.

More hopeful about this organization than I have been for years.

Of course there were some Christmas mornings when I was a child that I did not get the presents I wanted most, but I always got some very nice gifts. I hope that when these Winter Meetings end, that Bloom will at least get a player or two of some significance.

Years ago I'd get excited by what star player we would add. Recently I knew it would be disappointing as we had neither the money nor creativity to land a true star. Now once again I am hopeful for something exciting. Yeah, not at the ML level but get enough exciting prospects and I'll hang in until some start showing up at the ML level.

What do you expect from people who have annually become excited about Moe being the POBO? He tells you he’ll do absolutely nothing and you still think he’s pulling a bunch of stuff outta his nether region. The bar is oh so low.

I’m darkened by the coal Mo always presented at these meetings. Hoping for a better gift this time.

All this Christmas spirit and hope on CT. You’re forgetting Scrooge still owns the team.

Not much has happened over the past many years. I used to get excited, but the high points recently have been the Lottery and the Rule 5 draft.

If a trade happens that will be nice to consider, but my hopes are not high. Lottery and Rule 5 draft this week.

When you were a kid before Christmas, you didn't have to give anything for those gifts. Bloom will not be getting any gifts. Bad analogy.
