He seems to have a plan. And according to StL media, he is well liked by other executives. That should help him. His predecessor never seemed to have a plan. Always reacting instead of being proactive. And was not well liked by other executives. They felt he was unclear with direction and made ridiculous trade demands. They knew he was a putz. Bloom appears to be the anti Mozeliak.
