And this all could have been done without cutting payroll. It should have been done, without cutting payroll. It would be interesting to know if these area's suffered because of Mo or Dewitt. I assume that Dewitt signs the checks. They hired 10 new guys and probably didn't raise payroll a million dollars. Regardless, it should have been already done if it helps.

That’s what frustrates me. Bloom has my total confidence, but he doesn’t deserve praise for this.

If I decide to stop brushing my teeth because toothpaste is expensive and I then develop several cavities, I wouldn’t expect to be praised for addressing my dental health because I finally coughed up the money to pay for fillings.

Like the dental comparison but one key difference ... YOU were the one who stopped brushing and thus you said you deserved no praise for paying for the fillings .... In Cardinal scenariio , it was NOT BLOOM who didn't have the staff . He rectified the slight by previous FO . Thus IMO he deserves the praise ! He fixed an issue he did not cause in the first place.
