Imagine the team without Holloway and Broberg
Imagine the team without Holloway and Broberg.
Are you visualizing the absolute disaster that our roster would be?
Great. That vision = what Army's team would look like based on his handling of the NHL draft.
At this point, you may disregard this bad news, saying that "it doesn't matter how a GM acquires talent....".
Consider this... With the CAP going up, the NHL draft is going to be the only way to consistently acquire good players, and Army SUX at the NHL draft.
Army should resign.

If we didn't have Holloway, we would still have Bolduc. Woooooooo nailed it!!
Re: Imagine the team without Holloway and Broberg
Nobody is going to be a FA because the caps going up?
How long is that going to last?
I don't remember that happening any of the other years when the cap went up. Why would that be the case this year?

Imagine this forum without Smelly…….
Re: Imagine the team without Holloway and Broberg
Read his thread title.
Read his last sentence.
And yes, everything in between leads up to and is as dumb as the last sentence.

Quit responding to this [fork]ing pathetic attention grabbing whore. Please. He’s a [fork]ing cellar dwelling troll who lives in his mom’s basement. Quit feeding him and maybe he’ll finally go the [fork] away.
Re: Imagine the team without Holloway and Broberg
We can dream. So far it's more like a nightmare on a loop.

"quit feeding him and maybe" sounds really workable. good luck with it. when I tried that here with this person a couple months ago, I didn't see you helping. that's just the thing, there's never going to be organized action
Re: Imagine the team without Holloway and Broberg
It’s not about feeding. It’s about caring. People actually care and that’s the issue. I don’t read anything by the guy I think may be a Blueski handle.seattleblue wrote: ↑18 Oct 2025 10:14 am"quit feeding him and maybe" sounds really workable. good luck with it. Imagine our team without Thomas Parayko Binnington. Imagine a team with only guys like Joseph manning all 4 lines. Now wake up and live in the reality of now.

Army should re-sign
It took a shrewd GM to make those offer sheets.
I can’t believe the 30 other GMs in the league didn’t think of it.
Nice to see you’re finally coming around.

Right now, they only have 2 points and are -4 combined.
Wouldn't be much worse than the .500 hockey club they are.
