Didn't you hear? That's not Oli's fault. Oli's "just a manager." He can't control what happens on the field. If the players can't figure out on their own that they should play better fundamentals, don't go blaming the manager. He's not out there on the field. I mean, sure, he pulled an unhittable Quintana 2 innings too soon and burned through his entire pen and thought it was a good idea to get 5 outs from a 1-inning closer with a jammed finger but, hey, he didn't make Nado miss that ground ball. Just because the team's done nothing but go downhill to its worst state in 30 years since Oli became manager, that's not his fault.

If you are saying that Dewitt told Chaim that he should say he has good synergy with Oli..... well I do not know that and neither do you. I think we should all take Chaim based on what HE says not what we think Dewitt told him to say.
