Maybe they will clean house to an extent. Marmol having another year on his contract is problematic to me, just another hangover from the MO era. They likely will make him manage these turds another year, so don't look for much different.

I swear I feel like this team tries to make the wrong decisions
If he is here next year, without an extension, that will be telling. Bloom didn’t want him but BDW is being cheap.
