I'm not convinced he'll make the postseason roster. Even if he does the Brewers would be fools to use him in any other capacity than an innings eater in a blowout loss.

Fedde was great with the Sox in 2024. The team sucked.
Fedde was pretty good w STL in 2024. They missed the playoffs.
Fassero was trash for the Cubs in 2002. He was good in STL and made the playoffs.
Weaver was trash for LAA in 2006. Won a WS w STL.

Actually life is fair. Before today, Fedde was servicable for MIL.

I congratulate Fedde on a seemingly happy ending to a horrible year.

Unlikely he will pitch in the post season unless they are losing big. He was signed to allow them to eat innings and rest the pitchers they will use in the playoffs. They appear to have people running their franchise who have a functioning brain.

Still waiting for someone to suggest us signing him on a 1-year deal based on him shutting down the Cards for two innings.

Agreed - he won't be on the roster unless MIL simply cannot assemble enough healthy arms.
But he still gets the ring if MIL wins the WS - even if not on the roster.
