What's the deal with this show? A bunch of grown men sit around for hours and hours reading tweets and giggling? This is the best they can do for drive time on a sports talk station?

I haven't listened to even one full minute of their show.

Pitiful waste of "sports talk" air time.

101.1 should be  to put that c r a p on during drive time.

It is a horrible excuse for drive-time sports radio.

We used to have great sports radio in this town.

It’s the best and most popular show on 101. Would you rather it be the exact [fork]ing same as every other show, with the same segments and same takes for 10 straight hours ?

So you haven't listened to one full minute but you think it's a pitiful waste? You're an idiot.
They do the best interviews on Stl. sports radio by far.

If I'm driving through the metro area I'll listen for a couple of minutes and realize it's garbage.

In a typical hour you get nearly half an hour of commercials,
Five minutes of intro music and maybe 25 minutes of topics which consists mostly of personal [nonsense] no one gives a [shirt] about.

The long gone hosts of Kmox's sports Open Line shows must be rolling over in their graves.

Yes. I'd rather and do listen to anything but these lame morons acting like middle schoolers. Even a goofy morning comedy show is better than this garbage.

Filling four hours with 100% sports talk in this market is impossible. The Blues are out of season. The Cardinals suck. City sucks and no one cares about them. It’s not an NFL market.

Sorry it’s not your cup of tea, but it’s a popular show that’s been around 20 years. They’ve clearly got a following.

I used to listen to Randy K. on the morning drive every morning. I have no idea why 101 fired him and went with this new show, which is beyond awful. I no longer listen to 101 at all now and just do podcasts. Terrible business decision.

I guess. But anything is better than a bunch of grown men sitting around fake laughing at social media messages, pretending they're hilarious. I'd rather listen to a test of the emergency broadcast system.

To each his own, I guess.

I assume that RK had the same problem that Bernie had, and the numbers just weren't there. And if that's not working, then maybe the station wants to try something new.

I just can't imagine a sports fan who turns TMA on, looking to commiserate about the Cardinals, and thinks "ok, yeah...Tim McKernan and Martin Kilcoyne gently ribbing each other for four hours is just what I need this morning."

It's like putting a block of country music on KSHE's drive time. Who is this for?

I don’t get that here in Baton Rouge but I can tell you local sports talk for the most part is headed by a bunch of idiots. So many have never played the sport they set around and critique. Sort of like watching ESPN.

I could not agree more with your question of who this show is for. Based on their awful content you would think their target audience would be a 12 year old boy during a time when adults would be listening to it on the way to work.

I can't even fathom a guess how any grown (donkey) person would choose to listen to that show.

I understand that but the Fast Lane does it in a way that is always entertaining. TMA is the opposite of entertaining. It is juvenile and awful.
