Well , we know that Mo will be gone 100% on that but as for Oli and all the coaches being dismissed ? What happens if only one of your 3 wishes comes true. Then what ? Will your turn on Bloom immediately ?

Speaking for myself here. Yes. If Bloom doesn’t can Oli and commits to next season with him as the manager I will immediately turn on him. Regardless of who he keeps around and replaces in the coaching staff.

We know that Bloom is in his 2nd year with the organization.
He will obviously have a lot on his plate to start mostly notably with the roster but also with the manager and his staff.
I don’t know how much in direct dealings Bloom has had with Oli?
So it’s possible he will wait longer to form an opinion?!

While I don’t blame Oli for everything, he seems to have that “just happy to be here” mindset. That is what Mo wanted and it never worked out. Bloom needs leadership that will respectfully speak up and challenge certain decisions without feelings being hurt. Keeping Oli would just be bad form and sends the wrong message to fans and players that they’re just tweaking the model when an overhaul is in order. Fair or not to Oli, Bloom needs a clean slate and I would doubt his judgement if he doesn’t see that clearly.

I'll assume dEwitt is at fault.
He has Oli under contract for 2026.
Maybe he doesn't want to forfeit those dollars.
Bloom should resign if that's the case.

On sports open line a few nights ago they were reporting that Oli has been meeting with Bloom on a regular basis for quite some time now.
The inference was that they have a good relationship and that it appears it will continue beyond this season. It was also mentioned that almost to a man the players liked playing for Oli and he has the clubhouse.

Let's remember the order to keep Oli could very likely come from above since he's under contract for 2026 and BDWJr is signaling it's going to be another puke season.
I think Dewitt will be making the call on Oli, not Bloom.
Bloom gets his manager AFTER the rebuild is in full force (2027-2028?).

Oli probably doesn’t make more than ML minimum wage.
If DeWitt insists on keeping him around because of his contract that tells me Bloom has little chance of turning this wreck around.

First, there are only 30 top baseball executive jobs. Unless something unethical is going on, you don't resign those positions if you get one. The chances of getting another one if you resign are 0%. Second, Bloom already knows that he is working under a tight budget, etc. Keeping Oli around is not that big of a deal.
Compared to past offseasons where MO made 1 or 2 moves and called it a day, Bloom has a huge amount of things to accomplish. There are holes in the pitching throughout the organization and talent redundancies. As easy as it is for those of us on this board he should make this trade or that trade, in real life, it takes two to tango. He probably needs to pull off 4-6 trades this offseason to reshape the organization. That is a huge task to get done. As part of that, they need to fully evaluate all the players on the 40 man roster, figure out who gets added etc. Unless he has an entire new manager and coaching group hanging around, I wouldn't put getting rid of Oli at the top of the list of things to do. I am not a huge Oli fan either. I just don't see the rush to add to the pile of issues the Cards have this offseason.

We’ll see, but IMO Marmol is part of the pile of issues.
