Mozeliak and his obvious incompetence.
Flaherty and his youthful, dumb mouth.
All have contributed in one way or another to where this organization is today.
Revenue going down, because no one cares to watch the garbage they sell.
Miscue after miscue in both the free agent market, draft and farm system.
Why would anyone want to take their kids to this burning pile of garbage.
In short, it's a true dumpster fire.

The only way Flaherty has contributed to our mess is because he didn't pan out as a player. What an odd one to lump in there.
There are WAY mouthier players on WAY better teams.

I think Fakerty contributed to the toxic environment either directly or indirectly.
More so than any other player in Cardinal history.
