Oh there will be more. When Donovan, Pozo, and Arenado come back from the IL they will need some roster spots.

I wish Roycroft success. But he isn't good. Him being back in StL just screams how ridiculously bad the options are. Jackass Johnnys tenure cant get here fast enough.

What I don't understand is if it's 40 man issues preventing JJ from being here why not just drop Hampson or Siani or someone. I haven't sat down and done the math myself. Is there a good reason why not.

I've done the math. They are literally tripping over $100 dollar bills to pick up pennies here. These guys they are so worried about protecting from the rule 5 draft - some of them wouldn't be missed.

Furthermore, Quinn is one that we do want to keep AND have to add to the 40 man. So why haven't we DFA'd Roycroft and just called up Matthews already? He's 25 years old. Getting some September experience isn't going to break him.
