If Tanner Franklin can pitch, why can't Doyle?

What's the problem getting Doyle some starts this season? At least at the level Franklin is the starting pitcher this evening? Let's see what Doyle's got.

Excessive use in college this season. Franklin was a RP. Doyle had more IP than any other college pitcher

Hate to break this to you, but the Cardinals’ player development system is not run for the purpose of satisfying your insatiable thirst for new bright shiny objects to use as pretexts/vehicles for seeking attention.

His heavy use in college this year must have been mentioned a dozen times. Shady, PLEASE make a note for you self and review it every 10-15 minutes.
