Walker's issues are 50% on him, 50% this organization. Not sure how they expect him to improve with such inconsistent playing time.

"HOLY COW!"

I was only ten when Harry got fired. While I remember him in St. Louis, the memory of him working for the Cardinals isn't a clear as that of Jack Buck. Listening to Buck broadcast the Cardinals, and Dan Kelly doing the Blues games, is a cherished memory. We had it good listening to KMOX.

No telling the breakdown in fault... but it's insane to sit the guy 3 out of 4 games when you have two of the OFs on the IL.

Either insane or just extremely telling about how much Oli thinks of him.

Walker's runway season is a do-over in 2028. Hopefully Bloom moves the log jam. Or gets something valuable for Walker.

If Bloom doesn't start Walker in AAA next year he's not as smart as we need him to be.

I was thinking the same. Walker should start everyday in the AAA outfield next year to see if he can get it going again. He showed so much promise that one year. (one half year?) He looks the part. I want him to realize his potential, but not to the detriment of the Cardinals.

I think since its so late in the year they dont want to burn his final option year now so that they can still consider sending him to memphis next year.

Hope I saw wrong. No Burleson in left batting third, replaced by Hampson. Weird.
