That explains his lack of production and “being benched” from previous post

I can't believe they mispelled Arenado as Tucker throughout the entire post.

LoL. Hairline fracture didn't seem to affect him till months later and needed an excuse to explain the lack of production...

Have you ever had a hairline fracture? I have and I can tell you that it can be miserable. I'd take Tucker in a minute on the Cards. Middle of the order bat? Hell yeah.

Yes, I've had hairline fracture, compound fractures too. Thanks for asking

Cubs and Cardinals must share the same medical staff.

Many players try to play through them. Jacob Wilson did recently as well until he was forced to stop. Tucker was trying to get his team into the playoffs. No way this is an “excuse”.

Don't get me wrong here. I'm saying that could very well affect his performance. I actually fractured a bone in my hand sliding into first base of all things. It was a miserable time. It ached constantly and every time I used it the hand felt like it was going to break. The doctor told me to keep it braced up and that if I hurt it worse it would require surgery. So I know how it can seem trivial but affect performance greatly. Now, the point of contention would be if he didn't inform staff and go on the disabled list to get healed. That in my opinion is inexcusable.
