Who would you rather see?

Would you rather see Hampson on the team, a proven failure with a sub .200 lifetime average or a journeyman minor leaguer within the organization? Why not bring up a guy that has no real future in the majors, that spent his time in the organization? Why a garbage player from a different organization? It’s insulting to watch.

Fermin might fit the description and he was bought from Cleveland.
He is performing well, Saggese is taking his spot. not Hampson.

Koperniak has had a down season. He's another LHB that plays mostly a corner where
the runway boys of LN, JW, IH, AB also finding time.
Siani, seen enough, from the Reds.

I get your point, really do having a nobody leapfrog a player.
Am I missing anybody? Hampson also is #26 demands no PT.

It’s an absolute travesty to have him on the 26 man and not Church, or even Antico.

Couldn’t agree more. Give the roster spot to a Cards player who has toiled thanklessly in MiLB on Cards teams. No good reason to hire someone from outside the org for that spot.
