The Good news is it doesn’t stop there.
1-2 vs the White Sox last year
7-6 vs the Athletics, Royals, and Rockies in 2023, 3 teams which averaged 107 losses, each had 103+ losses.
I guess the latter was a winning record, kind of.

I've accepted the fact that oli is here to stay. Johnny bow ties is too arrogant, ignorant, and stubborn to fire his mistake of a hire.
Marmol should've been fired after the 2023 season. It was one of the worst seasons in team history and the guy was obviously over his head. But Mo compensated oli's leadership futility by signing old geezers to lead the clubhouse. Then doubled-down by giving him an undeserved extension while stating he wanted no pressure to win.
What professional organization does that?! What team places no pressure on management to succeed? Its unbelievable. Now oli may have the distinction of guiding the St Louis Cardinals to two 90 loss seasons in a three year span.
