He wasnt in minors, we bought him from independent frontier league. He was tearing cover off ball there and had great college numbers.

He shows speed as a base burglar, very good pop and some lofty batting averages. Doesn't K all that much.

But I think at 24 he should be a step or two higher.

Hopefully he's a hidden gem. Some guys get overlooked. You never know!

Sojka, in his second season with the Boomers, earned a midseason All-Star selection this year and appeared in the game at third base. The California native was having an outstanding season before his contract was selected. Sojka was batting .312 with 17 homers and 65 RBIs over 70 games. It's still the minors, just not affiliated with any specific team.

Should be playing for the blues with that name.

75% of pitchers throw RH. Gives better matchup for LH hitters than RH.
