I am really hoping Gormans issues are a fluke. He played the position in the minors didn’t he? I can’t imagine he got so many reps in minors and played this bad. Of course they had Herrera at catcher and he ain’t no catcher.

Nice. New directions. Are you the guy that holds the traffic up in the left lane of interstate, or maybe the zig zag vehicle- in and out- lane to lane.

I used to love hooking up with a group of drivers on the open interstate- say west Texas, bumper to bumper basically, 90 plus. For miles. Felt like nascar.

Not at all. Set my cruise at 80 and hang out in the slow lane till a move is necessary.

1. He came in for an injured Nootbar.
2. Look up the term ‘benched.’ Not starting one game isn’t ’benched.’

Gorman:
1. Obviously there is some rust. I hope he starts most of the rest of the season.

All season we’ve been watching Cardinal players take a third strike. Drives me goofy. Even high school coaches tell you to choke up and guard the plate with 2 strikes. Last night, Saggese did exactly that when he almost threw his bat at a two strike pitch and hit a bloop single to center. That’s what set up Donavan’s game winning at bat.
