But it means nothing because the Cards lost the run differential for the series. Its been preached on us that run differential is the bottom line.

After 116 games, the Dodgers have won 8 more games than the Cardinals... and the Cards aren't trying to win this year.

as i've stated many times, MLB is not good

this might be the worst, the league has ever been. This Cardinal team would be 20 under in a normal season. Instead, you have a lot of bad teams hovering around .500, because no one is that much better than them.

The Phillies are 0.5 games out from making the Dodgers a wild card team (3rd best division winner is really just a WC team).
The Padres are 2.5 games out from knocking the Dodgers out of the NL West title.
The Reds are six games out from knocking the Dodgers out of the playoffs.

Dodgers fans are not happy.

However, yes, I'd rather be them right now! Card fans are more not happy.

The Cards also beat the Phillies 4 out of 6 and the Astros 2 out of 3 in Houston but some posters on here think they're the worst team in MLB!
