Bernie gave a lot of flack in the off season to anyone who suggested just completing the deal of Arenado for Stroman. I was one of them.
But you would be done with both contracts now. The drama would be over.

Teams are allowed to release a guy they signed to a big contract? Don’t tell Mo.

Always found that comical. You’re paying the guy anyway, pay him and don’t make your team worse in the process by continuing to let him play.
