In 2024 he finished with BA .269, 21 HRs, 78 RBIs and a ,735 OPS. It seems he will improve on last season's OBP of .314. He did fade somewhat at the end of last season. It will interesting to see if he does the same in 2025.

lol
Right now through 98 games (110 team games) he has 48 RBI 37 runs and 14 HR.
He’s on pace for (2024):
144 games (152 games)
54 runs (71 runs)
70 RBI (78 RBI)
21 HR (21 HR)
So the pace says “He won’t”.

I’m interested in how all the younger players produce this season vs. last season. That was the purpose of the “reset” - to give them the runway.
Burleson, Donovan, Winn, Nootbaar, Herrera, Walker, Gorman, Liberatore, McGreevy, etc.

Sorry if my interest in a player that just might develop into a player that can help the Cardinals win games bothers you.

You don't sound sorry or act sorry. Are you sure you're sorry?

Whom do you consider to be a "star" on the current Cardinals' team?

Just because someone sticks out on a .500 team, doesn't make them a star.
Donovan was an AS. Is he a 'star'? No.

I don’t think I would say anyone on the team is a star. Gray or Contreras are probably the closest.

If not for the rule each team has to have one player. We would not have had one

Lol what does it even matter to be a "star" of a [shirt]ty team... that's like the most aesthetically pleasing turd in the toilet bowl.
In seriousness though, he looks to have improved in the OF some... in any case he at least seems like a better defensive OF than Walker lately, which is not something I imagined I'd be saying at the beginning of this season.
