Jesus Baez 3B, Winn SS, Wetherholt 2B and Blaze Jordan 1B. Could happen.

No, most likely at least one is playing for another team by 27.

I am hopeful that Deniel Ortiz is somewhere in the mix at around that time. Also Rainiel Rodriquez.

Hopefully, Gorman and Saggese will have developed to the point where they are in the mix, too.

Sure hope not

Those corners are iffy at best to even become ML players.

I know Bottomley, Frisch & Bell were at 1B, 2B & 3B but I don't think there was an everyday SS.

I really don’t think any of the 4 mentioned by Shades Hades will ever surpass the talent of Sunny Jim and the Fordham Flash.

Glad that Mo traded for corner infielders who may show up in ‘27. That’s two positions that are lacking in the Cards’ MiL. My hope of hopes is that Gorman develops into what his potential indicates he might. However, that window is getting shut a tiny bit ever every game. He really needs to explode — in a good way — at 3rd with the other Nolan on the shelf.

bref lists 20 yo Heinie Schuble as the regular at short.

Bob O'Farrell led the team to 96 wins. Fans hated him.

Shady was touting the fine skills of Wally Roettger back then. Future star in the making!
