Which list ranked them that low? The list I see says #8, #14 and outside the top 20.

6:14pm: There’s an agreement in place sending Helsley to Queens for infield prospect Jesus Baez and two additional minor leaguers, reports Anthony DiComo of MLB.com. Nate Dohm and Frank Elissalt are also in the deal, Heyman reports.

Baez was a pre-2025 top 100 BA prospect. He’s 20 years old and has a .740 OPS in A+. Solid plate discipline it looks like (35 BB-52 K’s in 319 PA).

Dohm was a 3rd round pick last year. 77 K’s in 62 IP between A and A+.

Elissalt was a 19th round pick last year. 0.99 WHIP and 10.4 K/9 in 56 IP between A and A+.

If those five were traded, it'd make the Cards the busiest deadline deal team in history.

But I like it.

Baez is the get in that deal.
Really exciting player.
He will enter the Cards top 10 minor leaguers.

Not at all knowledgeable on the Mets prospects but if correct is this a fair return for RH?

Or is this just another Texas/Baltimore type of return from two years ago?
