Nolan Gorman is rehabbing in Springfield. He's gonna be among a bunch of guys around his age. Springfield has 14 position players other than Gorman on their roster. Gorman was born in 2000. Four other position guys on the roster were also born in 2000, four before 2000, and six after 2000, including the most promising position players, Leonardo Bernal 2004, Joshua Baez 2003, and Chase Davis 2001.
I guess maybe Gorman ain't a lost cause yet, based just on his age, right?

25 in AA screams low impact player. He better dominate and move up to AAA in a week. The new prime is 26-32.

I think he needs a new approach. Instead of trying to crush everything he needs to wait a bit longer and aim for center and left center. He has the power to hit it out anywhere. Concentrating on making good decisions and good contact would benefit him greatly. His great season kind of ruined him to be honest. Then everyone was so enamored with his "Power" that he bought into needing to homer every time at the plate. Pitchers saw this and took advantage.

A 25 year old man is past the age of easy learning (like at AA ball). Those others may be near the end of their pro careers.
The best prospects should be up at the ML lever in their early 20s.
