Nado has two years left on this contract. Most likely with his age, he may very well retire at the end of 2027. His body is pretty well worn out. He could finish his career before a fanbase that truly loves him. Cards fans welcomed Pujols back warmly too.

That actually makes a lot of sense. as I said very very unlikely but if no contender wants him , it may be more fun for him than staying in St. Louis for the final two years.
