I'm going to say:
Helsley- Phillies
Maton- Dodgers
Matz- Yankees

I don't think anyone else gets traded. Mo pretty much said the rental guys would be the guys he's taking calls on.

Mikolas could be gone to a desperately needy pitching team, maybe the Mets. If wants to waive his NTC

I don't think Arenado or Gray waive their NTC

No position players get moved

Maybe but I'm hearing that Sonny Gray might be willing to waive the NTC if he goes to the right team; thinking geography as much as team standing.

Agreed. Fedde was a fail. They have no stars a glut of capable players. They wont be competitive next year, so listen to all offers except Winn/JJ

Pretty much this. I expect the Helsley haul to be underwhelming. Wouldn't be shocked if it was similar to what we got from Baltimore for Flaherty.

Mo can't help but get a really good return for Helsley.

Gray wants his be close to his family in Tennessee. Atlanta would be ideal or perhaps Cincinnati.
