At least snouty recognizes the crummy roster isn't holding anyone back because the cupboard is bare.

KKorn is out injured again. He's not being blocked.

Burly is playing and WillyCon is the best hitter on the team and a top defensive 1b. Nowhere near ineffective. And a leader where there were none.

The cupboard is bare for pitching...look at McFedde...bottom of the rotating arm and you can't even note a youngster to replace Lizard Puke.

No one is being blocked, plenty of ineffective rebuilding pieces. Church should have been up for Just Worthless or Snoot or Argo. JWorthless stays up because he has one remaing option.

Blocked? Held back? Whatever it’s happening imo. 3rd base is a huge block. We should have one of the young guys playing there, Gorman, Sagesse.


To some extent 2nd or SS is an issue. Not sure what happens when JJ is ready. Does he move to outfield? I like Donovan at 2nd so it’s a mistake to put JJ there.

I saw Gorman attempt to play 3B several time in the minors. Be prepared for Devers quality defense. What good is Burleson playing 1B over the teams 1st or 2nd best hitter? How is that an upgrade? That would just be more of a salary dump.

Trading Contreras and moving burly to first does not improve the team at all
