I think he has…if we can get a RH hitting outfielder or a starting pitcher for him, I would pull the plug! Same for Herrera….

So you wouldn’t do it? JK. Depends on the level of players in return. No lotto tickets.

JJ's emergence? When did that happen? I thought he was still at AAA. Now he is doing great at AAA in a short sample size. We've see other do great for a SHORT TIME and then fail. Why don't we hold off making him the new superstar

Moot has been rendered moot, not Donovan - who should be moved to LF.
As for Herrera, his value is determined by whether he can or cannot be converted to outfield (as I recommended 3 years ago), which would make Walker expendable.
Wetherholt, Winn, Gorman, and Saggese should handle 2b/ss/3b next season.

I think he could make Winn expendable too given he's played a ton of SS this season.
C. Bloom has no skin in the game when it comes to Winn, Walker and Gorman, they're Mo's draft/development players.
It will be interesting to see where he goes w/them.

No, the bad July record has made BD expendable.

Why not make a Gorman, Herrera if he can't catch, or Nootbaar expendable?
Perhaps Burleson.
Donovan plays both sides of the ball.
JJ could be a OFer if all of the above can.

Are you sure, he was here last season when JJW was drafted and by all counts he's been "advising" since January, 2024.

No you're not
Bloom has been involved in the last two drafts, you can see the difference.

Looks good but at 22 probably a year away and he isn't nearly as good vs lhp as vs rhp. Bringing him up now could be a repeat of Caglianone. Or he could be Nick Kurtz who can't hit lhp but hits rhp.

Because none of those guys get you jack [shirt] if you trade them.

Replace the name Winn for Donovan
