Helsley can help you win it all this season. No doubt. No pussyfooting around. You need to pay dearly for another huge piece of the puzzle to help you win a World Series. Keeping in mind, some franchises, actually, "live and die" to win a World Series NOW.

Ok I’m not trying to be snarky just trying to follow the reasoning behind the OP.
I agree that dealing Helsley is probably in the best interest of the team long term.
Although you obviously don’t give him away.
That being said what is MO supposed to do?

I don’t see how MO is supposed to “convince” another team that they need to pony up for Helsley????
