Well if a team is in the playoff hunt and trading for them, it could at least signal that they are healthy.

Well if a team is in the playoff hunt and trading for them, it could at least signal that they are healthy.

I thought about that. Or. Teams are asking about them, and they are trying to keep them healthy for a trade.

That's why they need to return to the lineup by early next week. Both could be legitimate trade chips. Teams are not likely to trade for possibly damaged goods.

That is true.
Better of course to see them on the field but I believe all trades are based on physicals?
We have certainly seen them voided as a result coming from one.

Last i heard, Nootbaar still wasn't swinging a bat. That was as of Monday I believe. Gorman was placed on IL earlier in the week. Not sure when it's retroactive to.

I'm not sure either get traded at the deadline now. Nootbaar might have drawn interest before this last injury situation.
