Won the MVP
Had a lot of nice seasons.
But in all honesty, it wasn't quite good enough was it.
Maybe if they had won a WS.
Then I could see it.

I think he will end up getting one because the fans tend to have a recency bias. If he goes on the ballot in say the next decade he will be more fresh in peoples minds and probably get a more popular vote.
I personally probably wouldn't vote for him because he wasn't here all that long. Granted the MVP moves the needle. However, i wouldn't be upset if he did get in

Of course he will. He's got, what, 15 years in the majors? Six with the Cardinals? Borderline HOFer?
Yes, he'll be a Cardinal HOFer.

I'd be okay with giving him that status if we had won.
But we were okay for most of his tenure here, but okay isn't good enough.
So, no. I agree, No.

More than some that are on there now. So Les say 5 years from now who will be left when the team has been bad? Lean years ahead

Al?
Hrabosky deserves it for nothing less than his attitude.
I'd vote him in.

Dude, he was part of a historic team.
They won [shirt], you know.
He was a beast in the playoffs.
That [shirt] matter bro.
But like Rock said, he's a HOFer.
That might solidify it.

Get in line behind Steve Carlton who actually won something during his time in St. Louis. Two World Series, one World Championship.
