If Mozeliak checks out Cards Talk he needs to read this

Ideally, somehow, get Gray, Arenado and Contreras to waive their NTCs. At least list the teams they'd accept a trade to. Like Arenado did. Actually, get him to expand that. Along with moving Helsley, Fedde and Nootbaar. Then build for the future. I wouldn't mind hanging on to Contreras through his contract, however, if Mo could get a very good return for him, Burleson would be fine at 1B for a few years.

I doubt if Mo-ran reads CT....but a few of his (donkey) kissers do.

Gray, Arenado and Contraras are on the back side of their careers, they might accept a trade to a WS contender in a hope of winning a ring. However, their new team will not be happy with the contracts. No one wants to pay Nado 35 million next year. Chances are any team that takes them would want to move after this season and they could end up on a team much worse than the Cards.

The Cardinals have been "in a pickle"with the Arenado production/salary situation for quite a while. The Gray situation is becoming similar. Contreras isn't quite as expensive and he's doing a good job at 1B. Though he's not an ideal cleanup hitter.

Just in case he doesn't hang out here, you should camp out at the stadium and demand to see him. And really commit to it. Refuse to leave until he sees you. This message is so important, it's worth going to jail over it.

Definitely. The article should be printed and placed in a handcuffed briefcase and handed to Mo directly in-person. I can't believe this insider info was even cleared for public release.

I would guess they have someone monitoring most social media sites to gauge fan perception. Granted it was 20 years ago, but Dave Duncan used to get upset over things posted here. This site had a much bigger share of the thought posting back then.
