If this has been posted already I apologize, but I just heard that Roby and Hence were placed in the IL again. Does anybody have details as to the injuries?

yesterday....Roby went on the 7day IL

Tink Hence retro'd to June 17th? He went on the IL last week....I don't think June 17th was correct. I believe he left a game on the 2nd or 1st of July ....

They need to make Hence a closer and see if that will work.
He won’t ever be a viable starter.

Yes, because as we all know, being an MLB relief pitcher is such a physical walk in the park. Fewer innings, yes. Warming up four times a week. Getting into three games a week. Full exertion in every pitch. Sounds easy to me.

What are the injury issues with Hence and Roby this time? With Roby going on the 7 day IL, His injury must not be too serious.

What is the other choice? He is hurt so much its not like he can really build up a solid pitch count of starts to be a solid innings eating starter. And, you can't possibly set up a roster counting on him as one of your five starters. Just a bullpen guy available if he happens to not be on the IL

Remind me how to post a video without the link.

Yeah, I get it. If it saves the kid's career, I'm for it.

more like - the middle reliever isn't missed as bad if he can't go every 5th day...

Middle reliever = Low Leverage Bullpen Arm. Closer = High Leverage Outs Guy, Ninth Inning Guy, Back of The Pen Guy. Best.
I hope Tink can stay healthy, but he plays a full effort position. Today, I am not optimistic.
