From transactions, to player development, to the draft, to even every day lineups.
How much do you think Bloom has his hands on the team right now? They say he's slowly transitioning to taking complete control.
Is Fedde starting his idea?

My guess is that Bloom and Cerfolio are working on rebuilding our player development program, which is largely the farm system.
Whatever Bloom is doing, I guarantee he is not tinkering with the MLB starting rotation.

regarding the draft, neither Mo nor Bloom run that.
Randy Flores is in charge of that with his scouting department.
Flores makes the decisions.

Flores seems to be doing a good job.
Don't mess with Flores.

He fills it out, that is true. Who’s in it and where is a collaborative effort. It’s the baseball standard.

The gm(or for us the president of baseball operations- we know girschs title is fake) controls the roster and starting pitchers on the roster.

absolutely......a manager can only use the players he is provided
but the manager has, or should have, autonomy on the everyday lineup
I question whether that has been the case in stl in recent years....

Little to none.
He wants Bumbles starting in place of Fedde

The POBO consults with the manager on player moves from Memphis to St. Louis. It’s collaborative.
