Molina being a catcher has been manager on the field for 2 decades. Yadi is one of the best choices we have!

Attitude has been a big positive for this season and somewhat unexpected. Even pouty Arenado has shown life.

I'll admit that's taken a hit the last couple weeks, but overall the attitude hasn't been the issue. It's the talent.

If Molina is as skilled as you say, why has he not been approached by other clubs?

Dream Manager/Coaches:

Albert--Manager

C. Carpenter--Pitching Coach
A. Wainwright--Bullpen Coach

M. Holliday--Bench/Batting Coach

S. Schumaker--Infield/3rd base coach
J. Jay--Outfielder/1st base coach

Never happen.........or would it?

*Yadi has said he wants to be there for his son, I don't think he's ready for the demands of managing in MLB just yet

Yeah….that’s a great plan

almost an entire staff with little or no mlb experience

What could go wrong?

I agree with you!
The Cardinals have perhaps overachieved this year. Lots of comeback wins, no infighting, Contreras moving to 1B like a pro, Arenado playing GG 3B for the first time in a couple of years.
The attitude is the best part of this team. That's why they are in the hunt for a WC spot.

Still not quite enough, so I hope they retool for 2026 at the deadline.

Imagine multi-millionaire Waino sitting in bullpens for 162 games. When nobody warming up he could sit there playing his guitar singing country songs.

Sitting there?

He would spend the game searching for the best camera angle…..

Cards network would have to install a bullpen cam

Agreed. There are no stars on this roster to build around. When Goldy and Nado lost their MVP-caliber swings, the supporting cast had no one to step into the spotlight. There are some maybes and some could bes, but no bonafide stars.

Lot of people saying we need experience in the big chair, and outside voices...are asking for a reunion of the ol' pals act.

certainly, I am not a cardinals historian as many are

however, as I remember...the most recent stretches of cardinals success has involved leadership from outside the organization
